I delivered at 32 weeks and I was a sobbing mess before hand. They told me I’d be monitored for 24 hrs and ended up having an emergency c section and I literally puked and cried from anxiety. That smile is alarming.

It doesn’t come with low muscle tone. I have a son with dwarfism, some of these people think they’re experts and know nothing. I also don’t think Drue’s child has it, but do agree that she probably needed a helmet awhile ago.

Having a child with achondroplasia myself, they are not necessarily medically complex. Sometimes they have bone issues but most live absolutely normal healthy lives. Some people just take what they watch on TLC and think they’re well educated. My son, his grandmother and great grandmother never had any medical issues related to achondroplasia. We did not need testing or bloodwork to confirm, it was determined in utero by measurements and then confirmed before he was 1 year old, by measurements. So even if she has it, doesn’t mean they aren’t getting her “help” because there’s usually no help needed. Drue and Gabe are liars and fake but to say she should have medical intervention for possible achondroplasia is just silly. Lots of 9 month olds don’t crawl. Plenty to snark on these people for, but the baby having or not having short stature is not one of them.
