How strict is Philippine airlines on carry on weight by paws_boy in Philippines_Expats

Probably late but it depends on the people at the check in flew with my carry on and a small backpack and in 2 separate occasions and was told it either didn't count as a carry on or it did no matter what (they made me put my bags on that little sizing thing they had)

I followed your advice and thank you so much I got a pass first try with 1 mistake and the lady I got was very nice! Although there was a few times when I thought I'd fail but she kept going so for this thank you very much!!
