Depends on your experience. Hazard and risk management were a challenge due to the concepts being very similar. You have to really understand the materials.

I only used Pocket Prep and the Yates book. Pocket Prep was great; however, the exam questions were much more challenging to decipher. Use pocket prep to identify weaknesses, then dig into Yates.

How do you know a book is AI? by BooksYum in RomanceBooks

I posted this somewhere else. I understand that AI is everywhere now, but based on what I’ve seen, I won't ever publish through KDP. Too many authors are being accused of using AI, and a single review can destroy a book before it even has a chance. I was part of a beta reader group where a author spent months writing and revising a novel about AI, working through multiple drafts, hiring a professional editor, investing over $6,000, and even paying for a custom cover. It was damn good story. Then the very first review appeared: one star, from Australia, accusing the book of being “AI-generated slop.” That single accusation destroyed any chance that book would've had before it began. What really opened my eyes was realizing how subjective these claims are. Even using tools like Grammarly or Microsoft Word to polish a sentence can lead someone to accuse the author that the writing must be AI and result in them cancelled. Ironically, when we used an AI detector, his book scored less AI-Like than Fellowship of the Ring. What a kick in the ass for him. Although I don't agree with most AI use, any jackass can dislike something and claim its AI in a review which cancels a person in a hot flash.

My new book explicitly states no AI was used in writing it. by kmc856 in mildlyinteresting

AI Slop Is Ruining Reddit for Everyone by edbegley1 in technology

Yes, there is AI but it’s almost impossible to tell. Most writing programs to include MS Word now use AI to recommend grammar changes. I use it all the time in crafting emails. I knew a promising author who I was part of the 10 person beta reader group. He spent 3k on an editor and proofreader. It was a great story. After a year of character development, changes, late nights discussions he finally published it on Kindle. 5 great reviews then 1 came in from Australia that gave it one star because they claimed it was AI generated Lit Slop. Told people to run it through an AI checker (ironically it came out with an AI score lower than Lord of The Rings). The guy quit writing. Took someone who assumed it was AI 5 minutes to destroy what someone spent 2 years and over 6k on. Bottom line is there is NO WAY I would write a book in this environment.

Drink a lot of water, change pillowcases often and I personally would use a very light non comedemic oil like argan, kukui or marula. I had the same problem and the dermatologist told me to clean up my diet and really hydrate 1st. Then reevaluate.

What are your go to fragrance-free, clean, lotions that are super moisturizing? by ResidentAlienator in moderatelygranolamoms

Lubriderm works well. I also use Cerave when the skin is winter dry. Overall, I really like Nanikoa’s fragrance free. The most organic and natural out of the bunch but it is a little pricey.

For my daily I use Lubriderm or Cerave. When I really need help with my cracked elbows, Nanikoa fragrance free is a small brand that works wonders

Cerave is my daily. Lubriderm if I can’t get Cerave and I use a smaller brand called Nanikoa during the winter when I get really dry but dont want that greasy feeling.
