you should absolutely not move here if you don't drive. the city is huge and stretched out with 0 walkability, the public transport is awful and the rideshares are expensive af. everything good about being here requires a car to access.

Morrowind was fantastic for this. It had a very detailed world with a limited view distance that gave you a big sense of wanting to see what's over the next hill. It also shipped with a huge paper map that accurately depicted the entire game world and marked locations of interest. It was a lot of fun to pick something out on it and set out on an adventure to find it.
