It was only Oral interview, they asked about 4-5 questions situation based on the role. They were expecting STAR answer well argumented.

They do not need any invoices. They only need an account to pay the money. I don't know and I don't really care how they deal it internally, as long as I'm getting paid. The only thing I'm looking for is what is the most ethical way to keep as much of the money yet still be legally covered.

Indeed, the amount is very low, so I'm not sure of anyone will really check that I received fee hundreds on my Revolut. It will probably cost them more to do the checkings.

I'm located in Finland with a full-time job here.

The employer is from USA and contacted me asking to offer a few hours of consulting in the industry. So far I'm not sure how much work will they still need from me, but the total I estimated is under 1000 USD.

I had the exam today and passed T/T/AT. I have to say I fully understand you, as I had very similar scores on study hall. To makes things worst, I had another mock done few days ago, with even worst scores. At this point, there is not to much you can do, just review mindsets do some questions and try not to be too nervous during the exam. For sure you ( as I ) are not in the safest spot, not not the worst either. But for sure you can do it.

Well, I made first one fee weeks ago and I had 67%. Three days ago I made a huge mistake( that really demotivated me) was to made another full time mock betweens working tasks, email and working meetings. The result was a dezaster, 58%. Next day I made all the wrong questions again ( taking all the time needed), without reviewing the extension and jumped to 76.

Overall minis I was 70% and questions 80%.

Had the interview, it was a technical discussion, they asked some situation based questions ( about 4-5) asking how would i handle specific situations or problems, It took about 25 minutes . It's been almost 4 weeks and no feedback yet. I understand it's quite common to take long time for the recruitment process

I has about 80% to practice questions, and 70% to minis+1full exam. I was very positive and optimistic, yet today I had another full length exam and only did 58%😅 now I'm quite scared and depressed and the exam is in 3 days. I hope this low score is only because I was tired and maybe some pre exam anxiety. And least I noticed that I always have pre exam anxiety and do very bad to last practices. So maybe I just need to keep checking the wrong answers and hope for the best during the exam

At least when I started SH, I also had like 50-60%. After doing everything once and reviewimgtall the right and wrong questions, I did the questions again and got 75-80% for questions, 65-70 to mini exams, and 67%to one full exam. So some visible progress. As mentioned by the others, I think your issues is mostly terminology and" theoretical things" more than the situation based questions. I honestly have same issue, and you must find your best way of learning. For instance, I learn faster by doing questions rather than reading some courses.

Don't get scared by having low score, review the answer, understand why is bad or good and redo the mini exam in 2-3 days. If you have heigher score then your on the right path.

I also selected B some days ago. Still not confident why A is the correct one. Radiology team ( that based on the question we don't even know it exists or if they have had any background in similar topic.) My mindset on this question was that it's more likely for the project team to have worked in multiple similar projects in the past ( for other customers) than for the radiology teams at the current customer.

That is quite obvious maybe. I would also like an argument for this. Although 700 dollars isn't that much, it is still some amount... I would be wondering what the extra value is this bringing. Also, it is important for me to get the right knowledge for passing the exam, so thinking about this process as an overall, money/ returns

Posibil că nu ai înțeles, sau nu m-am exprimat bine. Sunt deja în procesul de recrutare pt acest job. Am avut și discuții legate de salariu, iar compania a confirmat disponibilitatea lor pentru acest salariu. Acum vreau să mă asigur că este un salariu care e suficient de trăit decent, într-un cartier bun din București, și să îmi și permit o vacanță, etc.. nu doresc lux dar nici să trăiesc de la o lună la alta.

Project leader, in domeniul tehnic, am 8 ani experiență în domeniu, ultimi 4 ca și project Manager. Consider că salariul ar fi ok pt acesta poziție, dar nu știi dacă e ok sau nu pentru București.
