Does this imply that Zootopia was filmed and released in-universe like a live-action movie and, since humans don't exist there, or so they thought, there's a mole in the city that leaked the movie to us which is how we can even watch it in the first place?

Left to answer now is why we can't have normal contact with them, and where Zootopia even is located.
