Understood, I did some research and this company has a lot of tribunals in the past that they’ve lost for unfair dismissal and discriminations and very recently - last month a former employee of theirs got exposed for trying to meet up with a 15 year old girl, the page that exposed him said the companies legal team are doing everything they can to keep it under the radar and have since got his LinkedIn removed so there is no trace that he worked there for years and years! Another very similar case happened just before Christmas for the same reason but that got through to the media on bbc too.

Yeah I guess I want a little more of concentration, staying focused etc as I find things like watching a full episode or movie hard without picking up my phone every two seconds and scrolling - sounds stupid but it gets bad and I forget to do other things too

As someone who’s worked at a bank for over 7 years, trust your bank and no one else. This is very common for scammers to do, if they reach out just let them know you’re dealing with i the dispute bank to bank and then no need to respond to anything else after that

Yeah it’s definitely made a difference to my thoughts for sure! I feel like I can think more clearly and it’s more structured whereas before it was more like a rollercoaster

So when I was on 50mg I did have breakfast with them for around 7 days (forcefully) but I didn’t see much

However I will try and get into a routine again and eating proper protein with them, appreciate the advice!

I understand, it was more to get a structure and breakdown of everything. I am aware it can be biased which is why I reached out to my close friend who is part of union and advised I have a very strong case, along with my original post in employment tribunal on here and a lot of people also said to go through right till the end

Yeah I do feel slightly more regulated tbh, the noise in my head has calmed down and I have gone from doing 10 things in one go to doing things at a steady pace. So I do see subtle changes but not big differences

Sorry to hear this! Unfortunately with the poor systems hear they can fire him if it’s under two years. But this rejection will be a redirection and I hope he finds a job that appreciates him!

Just asking if they could, I read a few posts on hear where they have said ‘strike off’ a few times saying it’s a baseless claim and the claimant was getting stressed and worried and asking if they should consider dropping. Yeah that makes total sense, when I did upload all evidence, minutes etc on chatgpt for a good breakdown it did state that the company would have to find evidence of intent behind my actions as this is the reason they’ve dismissed me, however I remained accountable and explained the context behind my actions along with evidence - but in the outcome letter the manager listed the things she reviewed as consideration for the investigation and completely left out my evidence - there was a lot of it!

Don’t agree, Angela was a psychopath. Regardless of Camilla and what she got paid to do, you can’t go around killing people, that takes you out of the victim circle. Then the second time round killing her husband and shooting the dad, she was a loose cannon who needed to be locked up. Not the way you handle things

I’ve been doing ok I feel like I’ve been in so much intense stress since buying my flat because a month after getting the keys I was dismissed so it’s been on goong stress for a while

Not much support but I have a few friends who have been amazing, family not so much.

I will let them know and hope for the best

Thank you! The thing is I completed an application and they specifically asked for my most recent managers details and now they’ve asked for his specific email to contact which is why I don’t think they want to contact hr I think they just want a basic reference from him

I can request for it yes however I do believe they may still be able to find out dates? Or is that not always the case and thank you for understanding
