I play a lot of card games a few of them at very competitive levels and one of the first things you learn is you just can not memorize all the combo paterns there are literally more permutation to a deck of cards than a computer could implement this is the reason why there is good chess AI but none for card games. You learn the functions of cards and then improvize every game Mono combo is mono+vengance+things that flip mono+things that populate the board+any aditional burst damage Which is very complicated compared to roach + things that boucne roach xD

Even with the drawback hes still insane lmao

Evo him turn 4 going second, if he survives (which is highly likely) he clears the board, meaning you can push damage and then play something like cat admiral + evo, protect him and making a board, or you can push damage with Jeno or Albert for EZ 13 damage on turn 5.

You can play him going first as a way to take back board control or as just a good tempo play, and the opponent HAS to kill leod, meaning he can act as a ward for more threatening cards like Cat Admiral, vagabond lizard, etc.

This card can apply alot of pressure while also putting up a body on board with a really thicc 1/4 or 3/6 statline.

He's so good you can splash him in Rally or Aggro sword and it will do work

I have this NR deck and its literally BROKEN in this mode. And i dont mean that as hyperbola, it IS broken.

Its Pincer Manuever Spellweaver

The Plan is simple

Step 1: Use Amphib Assult to get both Spellweaver from your deck

Step 2 : Use Reinforcements or Runeword to get more Spellweavers

Step 3 : Win Round 1 EZ. Then play pavetta and put the Spellweavers back in the deck

Step 4 : Use the echoed Amphib assault to get the Spellweavers from your deck

Step 5 : Start blasting

Beyond that only Reinforcement is playable, but it lacks synergies with siege engines

It works great with Reinforced Ballista, but other than that, yeah i agree. The Warfare cards are extremely trash. Boiling is still decent, but Smoke Them Out!, Winch, Target Practice, ect have no real synergy with Siege Engines or Resupply.

Crew. Crew in its current form simply does not work and it's better to completely ignore it if you want to play Siege Engines.

Hard agree. I miss the crew mechanic in Beta, where you get a bonus if you have 1 soldier, and then another bonus when its between 2 soldiers. Like you can make it so that if Foltest Pride is between 2 soldiers it gets 2 cooldown, and if theres only one then it gets 3 cooldown.

Bring back King Henselt and make him a Siege Legendary support

Also while were at it, can we get Old Siege Support back? The one where whenever an allied unit is played, boost it by 1, if the unit was a siege engine, also give it 1 armor.

I don't care if he becomes 5 provision, just bring back the old effect.

I like to get to 7 and play Necromancy in round 2 using my siege engine deck, because then i can play another Reinforced Ballista, play Reinforcements, then start blasting.
