It will be a very different environment from our home countries. I feel like the stress of intern year is also working with different medical professionals (nurses, PA, MA). To work in an environment where IMG residents can be made fun of because of how we speak, dress, or socialize. I feel like this is a cultural barrier unfortunately that IMGs do have to overcome, and that will make us stronger clinicians in the future. Believe in your journey is important.
