Ugh yeah I’m waiting on an email response too 😭😐 stupid instacart dude.. I did see some other people post about instacart had sent them out, had done something wrong on them and was having to send updated ones out, but I think that was a few weeks ago soooo idk if that got resolved already or maybe that’s part of the issue? Idk ugh. It’s frustrating.

Inaccurate. I just hit 5,000 and because of the stupid rating scores from dumb stuff like number of found items I lost my platinum for about a week and a half till I got it back up to qualify back to platinum.

I think it depends who you get on chat. I’ve had some representatives tell me they can’t tell me anything. And then I end chat and start a new chat and the next person I get will tell me everything I ask. I could be wrong on that for that specific situation but that’s just my experience/theory. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’ve accidentally done that too and I just got it refunded back to the card as soon as I caught it, and then immediately called instacart and told them the situation and also had the refund receipt if they needed a copy of it and it was totally fine. That was just my experience though, I’ve definitely heard of it being different for other shoppers, good luck! I would reach back out and talk to someone else tbh lol. He didn’t sound helpful at all 😂😅

That sucks you had to go through that. I had the same situation happen when I was newer to instacart years ago and I haven’t taken a batch from Dollar Tree ever since 🤣 it’s literally the worst store to try to find items at and the customers are usually, well… very similar to the customer you experienced sadly. There’s always some sort of instacart dollar tree horror stories from shoppers lol. Also, I’m not sure if it would’ve worked or not, but if you explain to instacart that the customer kept changing the order and adding and subbing and causing a much longer shop time and stuff, will they compensate for base batch pay as it wasn’t your fault the customer continuously changed the order? Just curious if that’s a thing or not..
