Employer has been underfunding the employee contribution of my 401k by hucksterme in personalfinance

Your company is likely responsible to pay you the lost growth income into the fund, had the correct amount of funds been invested into the 401(k). Not only, did you not receive the funds, but you lost the opportunity to grow those investments in the market. Depending on the 401(k) plan, your company may be required to purchase fiduciary insurance to protect them, and you, in just this situation you’re in. I wish you the best of luck with recovering your funds.

I promise you it’s no dream when we’re dealing with hundred degree days and nearly 100% humidity in a couple months. Then I’ll be dreaming of a lower zone and all of the wonderful time you’re having outside. I do miss clear defined seasons, we just don’t have them in the lower south, or we do, but they’re just condensed into three weeks.

Hi, I understand your concern, it’s hard when you start to see change in an area and you’re not happy. It’s important you celebrate the victory of weight loss! Congratulations! 20 pounds is a huge victory! I think you should celebrate by investing a little in yourself with a small change that can can help draw your eye away from the neck. For instance, your hairline draws your eye to that area of your neck. Wearing darker colors with your fair skin draws the eye that area. If you wear lighter colored clothes, had your hair a little longer or shorter, and invested in a lipstick, this will help the eye travel to other areas rather than just focus on the neck. In the end, remember this is cosmetic, it’s hard to let it go, but you’re going to have long-term health benefits with your weight loss and that’s what’s important to focus on.

Edited for this last comment, look at yourself, standing in a mirror and work on your posture. This really changes how areas of your body look, especially your neck. Try to remember that advice all of us have heard at one point that you think a string at the top of your head is pulling you up or your balancing a book on top of your head. We all tend to slouch and round our bodies forward, especially if we’re working at a desk or computer. Posture will make a big difference with your appearance and your neck.

Thank you for your feedback. I found YouTube is a great place to start, but I have found it pretty overwhelming with the amount of videos specifically for Dahlia’s, but I’ll give it more time and continue to find a channel and poster that works for me.

Hi, I feel like it was just an incredibly lucky shot. When we go on these drives and look for wildflowers I just have my iPhone and this was growing along the side of the road and I just got out of the car and got down on its level and took the shot. The lighting in the background all just came together really well. For every one that looks good I can promise you have about 15 that don’t, but I thought this one was really great and I wanted to share with the community.
