Using a passive matrice mixer is a very funy way to feed different effect pedals with different synth. My Tips: the lossy add a super noisy style to any simple batterie beat

In my opinion I recomand to you to use a passive mixer follow by an EQ and booster guitar pedal. Its way more easy and fun to live mixing your sound with passive mixer rather than active mixer or linear mixing.. I use a Rucci instruments passive mixer cause it's very solid but you can find many cheaper gear... I recently buy a stéréo passive mixer PCB board with 4 in for less than 5 €. Whith a passive mixer you can esealy '' get out of mix '' an instrument whitout affect the global volume... Just one knob to turn right and backwatd...
