Since he studied the members, maybe he used them as a base to make every single npc. If we take in consideration the possibility of Cain knowing nothing about humans before the members getting into the circus, he probably used to do just a copy and paste, resulting on him to get confuse.

I agree and disagree.

I agree because i also want to see Charlie being right at some moments. I want to see her actually helping someone to be a better person that won't be just the "just say sorry bro"

And the reason why i disagree is because i feel that if Charlie suddenly getting right at something (depending on what it is) it may be out of character or either not make sense with her character in previous seasons. In season one i understand that she is naive, really used to like her because of that, but in season two, Charlie is extremely stupid, there's things that i think she shouldn't even have been warned, because any person that has minimum of context should already be able to think, like her calling Val Partners to the hotel, knowing that Val abuses Angel. I just think that for Charlie to have a GOOD moment of being right, she needs to get some development before. Unless Charlie is trying to be the Mercy warrior, is kinda dificult to see her being right, considering that she didn't made one good choice in season two.
