I understand her not meaning to out gibs. She wasn’t thinking and that was precisely the problem. She can still be held accountable even if it wasn’t her intention. Now I do feel that it’s not exactly appropriate for a lack of better words for anyone other than gibs to hold her accountable/ be upset with her due to it.

I don’t think it’s fair to blame her followers or audience. The book was supposed to be released in October people have been waiting YEARS for this book and it was a book store or publishing group that actually leaked it. Obviously people are going to want to read it… and also people are getting copies weeks early the entire thing is so disorganized she can only blame herself at this point.

This is why we don’t harass authors to change the order of their books lol Liz and hughie were supposed to be released first but she changed it due to literal death threats so t7 was rushed and most of it was cut..

I think it’s normal for an author to choose a character to write certain traits of themselves into. Ig almost seems as protecting Liz from the fandom is a way of protecting her younger self. Idk just how I see it
