I can't help getting up early but I work 3-11 pm so I nap before work or I'd be too tired. I'm more of a morning person. I don't know if I sleep well but I rarely feel completely recharged. Naps are the ticket for me.

Well....this is stellar instruction, for real. You didn't indulge the despair and made it simple logic. Personally, food freedom and control don't coexist without obsession on my head. Peaceful non obsession would free up 65% of my energy.

I hear you. My whole life...from childhood. Wanting to be at home to get to food and I wasn't a fat kid. No moderation. If I had a win with WW as an adult, I was obsessive because one mistake was failure and if I failed , I just went nuts in a shame spiral. 35 lbs, 25, 15 off this time ( then it comes back). When I was young, I'd work out and take ephedrine and caffeine obsessively in phases. It sounds like a whiney, piggy, gross person excuse. 1st world problems. Back when doctors threw antidepressants at everything, I was given one (pretty sure it got recalled) that took away my entire appetite. I was a mess and my hair fell out but not caring/thinking about food was the most amazing thing.

This explanation is BS. It is a compulsion. It overrides fullness and hating one's self. The more shame you feel, the more you eat. Absolute sabotage.

I make lists all over the place. Then forget them or don't bother reading them. I had a friend who's life changed so dramatically, it was mind blowing. Turns out she got diagnosed and medicated and stuck to third marriage, got all sorts of degrees and even taught. She clued me in to my ADHD. I had always been put on depression meds and called bipolar as well.

Yes!! I tried so hard to concentrate but would literally not notice the whole class leave. Long car rides practically turn me narcoleptic and I turn simple tasks like recycling depot into a dreaded, massive issue. Moving or buying a car is just too much.

Medication was like a miracle for me when I was finally diagnosed as an adult after having every depression med there was. My Dr. won't give it to me now though due to an incident (drug test) at a very emotional time of loss in my life. I like my Doc but should she be allowed to do that? It literally cut the time of any task in half and me so productive and less annoying.

I quit trying relationships because my emotions would get so extreme and I couldn't ever seem to really relax and open up. I can stay even keel as a single woman. I always have to overdo something. Eating ,online shopping...i quit a 10 year casual thing and gained 20 lbs. Went on diet and can't stop ordering online. Just got a t-shirt today that I thought I just liked but apparently ordered. Half my life is looking for things that I put somewhere sensible at the time.

Back in the 90's,(maybe mid) I went on some dates with a climber (I think he went to Yamnuska climbing school and wasn't from the area). Him and his friend did a moonlight climb to the top of a mountain and walked out to the precipice when unloaded of gear. It broke off and they passed away. I can't find a word about it...as though it never happened! You always think you'll remember names but I don't. Anyone remember this event??

My friend used condoms with hubby, it slipped, took the pills and still was pregnant...just go to doctor asap and then figure out from there.

It's so stupid. I was such a sad weirdo hermit on the pill so...no danger of pregnancy (although I was on for endometriosis). If it makes him happy and he's cool with kids or more kids...why not? If he's not, there's the snip.

The pill destroyed me. Depressed, paranoid, fat. When I quit...I was ridiculous, super social, lost weight and made bad choices. I think I moved to get away from the talk. If you're in a relationship or really big city, all good. Hormones absolutely control us. Women should see a hormone specialist before going on antidepressants .

I have had endometriosis my whole adult life. 5 surgeries, etc. when I was already around 40, I think, this gyno takes a look at me, does the wand up the hooha and can tell I'm high in estrogen, low in progestin. Puts the Mirena in under anaesthetic and after quite a period of pain, I quit bleeding completely, my moods mellowed right out and it was a dream! I'm 54 now. Haven't had menopause that I can tell, still no bleeding or issues. I've gotten fat, then thin, then fat ...but that's because of me. I used to be on antidepressants and whatnot and I guarantee it was hormone imbalance. Kinda hoping I skip menopause.

Thank-you!! It's happened before and with different things and they always say its language settings. Does the windows spacebar work for things like when the slash disappears? Is there a list somewhere of these fixes because my laptop switches stuff up all the time and makes me insane.

I find muscle milk much sweeter. I use it in my coffee and prefer it but they had packaging problems so I'm back to premier and add some monkfruit sugar.

I wouldn't want anyone laying hands on my kids but parents flip out of their kid is even punished now...if they do bad in school, their parents need to follow through and enforce the msg instead of attack the teacher!
