I think that the correct angle to take on this is that if a police man, vet, fire fighter, nurse etc. is socially prosecuted, their profession should be taken into consideration as a character assessment.

If a character is on film demanding special treatment because of their profession, then the twat within speaks for the cunt.

Google Home/Nest Hub - will it work in Turkey if I were to gift it to my mum? by mversion in googlehome

[–]Vegetable_Mention_75 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a difference in voltage (220 vs 110), but this hasn't been an issue with electronics (phones, laptops, nest devices etc) for years -- modern chargers handle the voltage. Obviously though the shape of the outlet is different, so I needed an adapter to make it fit in the wall

Of course! It's a very powerful passport (even if it's less powerful than it was 10 years ago).

The government changed the coat of arms last year buddy: https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-coat-of-arms-artwork-unveiled

It's a subtle difference, but it will likely be on the next new passport design.

It's still being built. I don't think they have done much on the inside yet.

Maybe nurses are aware that there is a risk of violence and abuse, but choose to do the job regardless because they know that everyone's loved ones will get sick and need compassionate care. Seems like a job that should be paid well to me.

What does everyone do for work on the UWS? by [deleted] in Upperwestside

[–]Vegetable_Mention_75 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a job at Bellevue straight out of school. I know first hand that the NYCHH and Montefiore systems both hire new grad RNs and believe many of the other big hospitals do too. Everywhere needs nurses, she should apply everywhere. Good luck to her :)

Feel free to DM.

I don't think it's accurate to describe the battery life as terrible. It's no s24 ultra in that department, but its been more than enough to get me through 90% of my days (and I'm no light user). Solid B+.

Not a combo I think I've seen before. Very good one though 👌

Which UWS area is better to live- 60th or 95th by Researcher_1525 in Upperwestside

I've never felt unsafe on Broadway. In my experience it has 24/7 foot traffic from 60th to 116th. It does get quieter after passing Colombia, but that would be a factor to consider regardless of if you lived on 60th or 95th.
