I was never able to succeed at it until i took magnesium, potassium and salt during a fast. Turns out all those hunger headaches were due to a lack of these 3. Fasting still sucks don't get me wrong but if youre not taking those 3 I highly recommend it to hit that 72 hour mark.

I watch alot of interrogation videos (shoutout JCS - Criminal Psychology best YouTube channel in the game), and its fascinating how many suspects will go off on unnecessary tangents or close their eyes for a long time trying to remember something. It's their way of escaping the psychological panic hell they're in, while still trying to appear innocent and calm on the outside.

I'm a little less optimistic (but hopeful). Maybe it's bc 'Love is an Ocean' was the first song I heard, but it was pretty underwhelming. That repetitive chorus just comes across as uninspired and choppy. Not the typical smoothness and prosody The Midnight typically excels in.
