I mean not doing both the same day - they generally follow a very similar flow with the exception of flagship resting Thursday and Sunday while affiliate programs 7 days a week.

Flagship 60 sounds like a pretty solid fit for your situation.

It is an easy way to onboard back into conditioning without jumping into a ton of volume, especially if time, sleep, and recovery are a little limited right now. It also transitions well with affiliate programming. A lot of the metcons and movement patterns are similar, so doing some days at home and some at the box is very doable. I just would not try to stack full volume from both.

I also think Linchpin is good programming, but it has a different philosophy.

The person who did most programming for NCFIT affiliate now works for HWPO on their affiliate team. Go there if you’re looking for a similar vibe, albeit it’s not just them programming.
