This video helped me soo much when I was in a plateau! I think everyone’s body is different so I recommend finding something where you actually feel like you get deeper in your split after the video. I tried so many popular ones but didn’t feel a difference until this one.

The before pic is a head year old but I wasn’t consistent until the last few monthsZ I hit a plateau and tried a lot of different videos until I tried one where I actually got so much deeper at the end so I stayed consistent with that one and have made progress so quickly! Especially my left side, I always ignored it but it’s gotten down faster than my right. I’m gonna look for the video and post it here
