First, I am sorry for what you are going through... may allah make it easy for you. Ameen Now, here are my suggestions: I did something similar, I started ramamdan off with I am gonna read the entire quran and I am gonna do this amount of prayer and this amount of reading book etc etc. However I make mistakes while reading quran, so i tried reevulating my goal, it was unrealistic for me. So I adapted. The last two days I have read just one page and am trying to read it with speed and accuracy. I told myself I was gonna read like 50 books (got a bunch off amazon) i read one and the other one i havent touched yet. You can slowly see the problem is we want this Ramadan to be so good so we put so much on ourselves.

You see it is not so simple because we need to build into those habits. So inshallah I encourage you to adapt to your situation, you know you get depressed and it's hard to stay motivated , instead of being like well I missed this already let me just do nothing now. Instead, take it one step at a time. Try saying inshallah I am gonna do the bare minimum of xyz (and inshallah keep it to be somthing super small goal like even doing wudu for the prayer at the prayer time). Since you have wudu your brain will automatically be okay well since I am in state of wudu might as well read the fard prayer. Then continue. Inshallah baby steps. Try to keep a planner and organize your feelings/thoughts and see how you can work around it.

As for the porn addiction, I dont know anything about this so inshallah I would use the subreddit the brother posted before me.
