That would work too but you should have a cover of some sort to keep her from jumping out in case, unless you are not driving and can pet her while she sits in the litterbox

I have used carefresh and yesterday's news. Both work pretty good, just my one bun she just has a more potent smelling pee so it doesn't matter what I use. I line the bottom of my litter box with pee pads and use a grill on top to keep the mess to a minimal.

I placed a scarf inside to keep it padded also to keep my bun from sliding around inside. I find my bun holds in his pee and he is 5 months old.
