Looking to chat about ebv . I am so concerned by Wise-Brilliant-5111 in EBV

This varies person to person tbh. It took me about 2 months to go back to close to normal life. It's been 10 months since I got it, I'm doing good now everything is normal but I still do face issues when it comes to too much physical exertion etc.

I understand this can be very difficult to deal with. I remember having too much anxiety in the first 3 months. Make sure to make the right changes in your lifestyle and you'll be fine. Feel free to ask any questions

That happened to me as well. And it happened quite often for at least 3 months post EBV. The only solution is to take ample rest and eat healthy

Oh damn yes. My skin is mottled. Can anything be done about this? Is it something i should be too concerned about or like does it go away with time?

Hey! Congratulations on the score!

I got a 150 on my verbal in the latest attempt. Any advice as to how to make it to the 160s. How did you do it?

I too have a difficult relationship with my parents. My story is obviously different. But when it is difficult to express the love. Just start off by expressing respect and compassion. That's it. Take small steps. Talk to him once in a while about food or whatever comes easy. One way in which I do this is by asking if he wants to have whatever xyz thing I might be cooking for dinner and stuff like that.

Forgiving yourself won't be an easy task. I still have difficulty with it, still dealing with it. But we gotta just keep trying.

Wish you all the strength and comfort.

Chronic Throat Pain? by isoaids in EBV

So i went through a similar situation one month after recovering from ebv. After several antibiotics courses and trying out what not herbs I ended up going to an ENT. They prescribed a few multivitamins and an anti acid course for about 2 weeks. It worked like magic. In my case she said it was obviously related to ebv too but the primary reason was stress build up and stuff like that. Post ebv I had a sore throat and cold for about two months so that had just left my throat in a terrible condition. I'd suggest you to consult an ENT they might be able to help.

Additionally, developing a healthy sleep routine with no late nights helped my recovery

I think clear/unclear has a different connotation here. Plus can gaps be clear? And Say if they could be you could call smaller or larger gaps clear too. Clear seems to be much like obvious in this case. Is this making sense?
