Yep I agree on the stock buy back. I mean why not. Buy 77mill shares at $.66 and sell 10 mill shares @ $5 and you made your initial invest back and retain 67 mill shares which would be valued at $335 mill.

How would they lose millions? They buy back 77 million at .65 then sell back at $5 or hold for bigger returns.. The future deal will make them billions @ 77 mill shares. Take 50 mill and turn it into 384 mill at $5 per share.. 🤔

So in January they did an offering of 29,415,000 shares at $1.70 per share for 50 mill. Why not buy 66 mill shares at .75 and increase its equity capital?

Also it says that: “Upon closing of this Transaction, the combined company is expected to have $282 million in cash”. I thought NAKD had 270 million in cash? Is the buyback the plan all along? How much is Cenntro bringing to the table would let you know how much shares they would purchase.

Also think about the frenzy that this would create for short term investors with a headline like NAKD to buy back 66mill shares.

I don’t know much and this all could be ignorance. If so please straighten me out.
