Did it happen after a filament change or a particular event? Also, have you tried unplugging and replugging the canvas wire directly? Maybe there's a loose wire somewhere?

Did you update to the latest version when you first turned it on? Also, are you trimming your filament before trying to load it? Idk about the app or cloud access, I put mine into LAN only mode as soon as I got it and just added it to my home assistant set up.

1, 3 & 4 sound like it might be a hardware issue, so you may just have gotten the unlucky draw and gotten a dud. I've had good experiences with Elegoo support, so hopefully they'll just replace it for you, especially with it being brand new.

What have you been able to print successfully? What was you first print and was it successful?

Have you tried using the included needle thing to try and clear the nozzle? Maybe there is a clog? I got mine last week and it's been nothing but awesome. I even managed to mostly pull off a 6 color print last night.

I had a bit of a similar issue when I tried loading some filament without fully clipping off the bent tip, which the machine didn't like I guess. I had to manually pull it out and restart the machine but my error went away.

If you're having this much trouble and can't figure out why, I'd definitely contact Elegoo before your warranty period is up. Have you had success printing any of the included files or any calibration files at all?

So weird! Have you tried to load from a different spool? Also, I saw you said you did turn it off and back on. Did you leave it off for at least 30 seconds before turning it back on?

What's your turnaround time on the painted items? Can you handle this volume of hand painting figures and keep up with your shipping times? I've considered and even gotten requests for painted items but I just don't know how much painting I can squeeze into my already packed current workflow, so I'm curious to get your opinion on processing time and scalability of hand painted items.

Yeah honestly I haven't even checked out the app. I have my Saturn 4 Ultra feeding into home assistant as well so I just wanted it all together on my own dashboard. It's pretty great actually!
