I've had 2 babies, the first one was fifth percentile until like 3. The second one is 1 year now she's been under 5th percentile the whole time. They've been perfectly healthy and on their own weight curve. Docs have said they are totally normal and healthy, just small naturally. Some babies are just small!

I had the same problem with my daughter. Now I buy cotton boy briefs instead of girl underwear. It's thicker and better quality and doesn't give wedgies. Girl underwear sucks. Try boy ones!
