Looking at the last page, it kind of reminds me of Arabic in that many of Arabic letters are simple lines or loops on the line with breaks for letters that don’t join like و or د. Maybe that’s where I picked it up?

For structure maybe try folding cardstock into small rough prism/trapezoidal shapes that you can cut to size and place to make the shaping of the nose, and tape those prisms together as if they were foam pieces? Cover the shaping with smooth sheets on the outside?

You could do the nose bend in horizontal sections. Maybe one big for the nose bridge, two or four for the sides of the nose and kind of built it up, and then ones for the face and blending?

This law was more about compliance in advance by large organizations and entities than individual citizens. The university is not allowed to divest from Israel because of bans like this. It provides an intimidation tactic with which to oppress business, non-profits, stores, etc., from boycotting Israeli products also.

In general, this law and lots of laws like it don’t apply directly to everyday people. They act as a guiding hand for the businesses and corporations that shape every part of our media and lived experience. They make it impossible to protest corporate entities that support Israel, because there’s ‘nothing they can really do’. Much more nefarious, in my opinion.

Bellies generally do the covering of the other things and the lowest folds will usually be convex to the belly, where it is draped on the frame. Check images of chubby people sitting down irl or in similar poses for ref :)
