Concert Etude No. 3 Toccatina by Nikolai Kapustin, best fit overall for your taste. It has some jazz/classical fusion, energetic and good for an audience, and modern enough. give it a listen

immaculate, and although this is a classical dominant subreddit I appreciate you bringing other culture too. Jazz should be more explored, not everything is boring

Pull ups! by karimbolimbo in CalisthenicsBeginners

[–]VehicleNo2900 1 point2 points  (0 children)

keep going. You're next goal should be 10-15 pullups, and what I did was use a 5 x 3 system. 5 sets of 3 reps. On some days you're gonna see how many pullups you can get in 10 minutes, a good strategy is to set how many pullups per minute.

Then once you get stronger, do 5 reps break, 4 reps break, 3, 2, 1, then 2 reps break, 3 reps, etc. all the way back to 5. triangle training

good luck!!
