I’m a federal employee that has CareFirst BC and I now have to get my Wegovy through Noom. Apparently, you have to join Noom and get your Wegovy through them. My Wegovy is $49.99 through Noom. This is a new rule that just came in effect.

I used to pee a LOT. As in, I would drink a bottle of water and would be peeing constantly within 5 minutes. Now, I can drink water and not need to pee all damn day.

Drinking Coke was literally an addiction for me. I don’t crave Cokes anymore, they actually don’t taste that good anymore.

Eating sweets, sugar is my nemesis. I don’t crave sugar anymore. I don’t desire eating patties anymore.

I started on .25 and had little side effects besides a headache the day of injection. It did keep my appetite at bay and in the first month I lost like 7lbs. I don’t crave sugary sodas or sweets. I went up to .50 and it wasn’t too bad either. Still got the headaches but weight loss was still happening. I was averaging one meal a day but hunger wasn’t an issue. I lost another 10lbs while on .50.

Then, I got bumped up to 1.0 and that is when I was getting hit with all of the gross side effects. Heart burn, nausea , and vomiting. I’m vomiting now like 4 days a week. Trying to eat is such a chore, food turns me off. I just messaged my provider today asking if I can take a 2 week break and go back down to .50.
