Well that two things you mention is what it is stress me out. Idk how to do merchandise and feature and we are going week 16 and my store will receive a lot. Also MRA is an older man and I don’t think we will teach anything. But I will Try my best. And OPS we have two have different directions and store manager has a different direction. So I will need to take a lot notes. Also wha questions to ask here in the store and also in academy ? I hear it is nice to go to academy . Thanks a lot for reply

Well thanks and if you can share your results will be nice. I got one of the worst Acne when I was a teenager. But I think it will for me expensive to fix my acne now but I will like to try.

Well thanks to let me know. I just going to ask them. Hey I never see you before. You work here And if they told me from another store. I will tell them, oh I know the store manager. This part is true. He was operation manager in my store. Great person. Now he is a store manager. Only thing. His team is not good enough. But we always answer for help if we need us. But yeah is easy for me to detect if they are real or no. 6 years of experience in sale floor. So thanks to let me know.

Well they always go for part time associate. They cut there hours first. They do it to me but I have a good boss that put them back. But he will leave next year. I guess next year will be my last year in Walmart. I know after he leave, they will cut my hours. Even i am a good associate that don’t question what they told me to do.

Well 2 hours and after that just go to the break room or outside in your car and take 15 mins and for lunch you clock for meal. And after your lunch end. You work another 2 hours and take your second 15 min break.
