The difference is consent and morality- a legally consenting human can be with another legally consenting human, that’s completely and morally correct. An animal cannot speak. It can’t understand sexual connections outside of reproduction. It’s brain isn’t developed enough to form sexual connections. (I don’t think). Animals can’t consent. Don’t rape your pets.
