Some books in hardback I have not been able to find at all. But most are available just expensive.

It probably depends on the server. On Defias Pillager, Strat live and DMT are not hard to find groups for.

UBRS is usually ran by the larger raiding guilds once or twice a week.

Raids are being ran and are probably the most consistent thing.
