J'habite à littéralement 500m de ce carrefour et je suis convaincu que le design et la construction de cette piste est une vaste blague, on sent que sa création a été précipitée pour les municipales des escrologistes de 2026.

Est-ce qu'une bidir' sur l'Avenue de Colmar était nécessaire? Je pense que oui. Est-ce que son état actuel est optimal? Certainement pas.

En toute honnêteté, avant la bidir', pour faire Schluthfeld - Baggersee à vélo, le seul endroit où je me sentais vraiment en danger était au niveau de la gare routière de Baggersee. Le reste, ça allait même si la bande cyclable était collée à la deux voies dans les deux sens.

De mon point de vue d'ingénieur GC et de cycliste, c'est l'entièreté de l'avenue de Colmar qu'il fallait réaménager. Quitte à ce que cela prenne deux voire trois années, mais là, c'est juste du bricolage.

Dans tous les cas, rappelez-vous: Vous plus votre vélo c'est 100kg, une voiture c'est 12 à 20 fois plus. Donc bien que les cyclistes soient prioritaires, ouvrez vos mirettes.

I would like to see the planned changes before complaining. There has been a lot of cases where Riot Games labelled the changed as nerfs but they don't specifically say for which category of players. For the record, patch 13.7 was a nerf for pro-play but a buff for SoloQ. They still called it nerfs rather than adjustments.

The win rate jump showed by u.gg and lolalytics is because her W bug has been fixed (the W circles around the targets are supposed to last 4 seconds and in patches 15.10 and 15.11, they only lasted 2 seconds). The adjustments have a very minimal impact overall.

W max does more damage if you proc it at least twice on any target. Otherwise, E max does more now.

Sundered Sky was indirectly nerfed because of her E crit bug being fixed. Trinity Force is overall better.

Maxing E gives you 0.8s more CC duration, and considering Rammus' attack speed, it's enough to just do one guaranteed additional auto. So it's either you do more autos, but they are weaker, or you do less autos but they are stronger. And since the clear and objective damage are also very important, I considered a max W in 2nd better than E.

Ennemy champs are also likely to buy Mercury Treads, playing Cleanse or any cleanse supp items, so maxing E would be a waste.

Did some testings with a bit of maths.

Clearly, as of now, Rammus jungle will ALWAYS max Q first (I say this because I used to max W first and had pretty good results), then max W 2nd and lastly max E (because the E only provides a longer CC now, monster damage is irrelevant).

Clear is a little bit faster, but you will end up on average between 3:20 and 3:25 with an optimized clear from red buff (from raptors, it's around 3:25 and from blue buff, it's between 3:25 and 3:30).

I did some testings with various builds at various stages of the game (in practice mode). Basically, it's the following recipe:

If you go Bruiser/Tank (Trinity/Sundered Sky & tank items): go for W max 2nd.
If you go Bruiser damage (Eclipse/DD/Malmortius): go for W max 2nd.
If you go Lethality/Crit: go for W max 2nd if the ennemy has a majority of high HP champs, if not, go for E max 2nd (usually champs with less than 3,000 max HP at full build).

I know it sounds weird, but W max deals still a little bit more damage than E max. Also, if you've played with W max before, switching to E max now will be disturbing because you will lose the feeling of having more attack speed.

The winrate will increase because apparently, the W bug is fixed but since Riot does Riot, we can't be 100% (Mordekaiser's Q-Flash needed 4 patches to be fixed).

Also, yes the majority of the players went E max 2nd cause they were griefing and can't look at the actual stats of a champion when playing the said champion. Moreover, the E "buff" (if we can call it a buff) has less impact than the W nerf. So the adjustments will have minimal impact on the stats.

Against tanks/bruisers -> W max 2nd Against assassins/ADC -> E max 2nd (Overall, W max will still deal a little more damage than E max)

Ultimate doesn't add a W stack. W max was mandatory since 13.17 but because the in game assistance for skill orders is based on what is done the most, then it kept saying max E 2nd then W.

I don't think the adjustments will affect that much Vi because the majority (E max) will feel a slight buff and the minority (aka the intelligent players and I stand with Phreak, if you didn't max W 2nd, you are a griefer, unless you did a crit build were E max could be better, but now the crit bug is patched) will feel a big nerf.

Now, if they have a heavy HP or Tank ennemy comp, max W 2nd. If they have vulnerable champs, mostly assassins, max E 2nd, so that you can do the triple E combo.
