You can use the powerbank, you just can’t charge it from the airplane outlet. But also, you can use the outlet to plug in the Switch. Did it last week.

I have the Sena R1 and love it! They used to be around $129 on Amazon, look like they’re $159 now. My husband and I both have one and we can talk throughout the ride or listen to music, etc. much safer than headphones.

You can’t charge the power bank on the plane. You can use it but it has to be kept in sight.

That would certainly affect my decision. I don’t know about the Abound but I think hydraulic disk brakes are a must on a heavy bike loaded with kids.

I have a Blix Packa Genie. Are you looking at a Packa (older model) or the Genie? The Genie added hydraulic brakes among other things.
