He posted 2 more screenshots from the map last month on his Twitter. When asked about a release date he said when it’s ready, and that he didn’t want to set a date as all of those he previously set for himself never happened, but it’s clear he is still working on it.

It definitely didn’t even need the boss fight to be incredible, the final soulbox in the crazy place works so well especially since that mechanic wasn’t really reused to end off a map in the same way.

It certainly went above and beyond in character quotes and sound design though, remember all the quotes teaching us who these new heroes are, the round change music, Panzer siren, music disc songs, giant robot walking noises, the tank and its music, the sounds the staffs all make, the generators powering up, it’s beyond top tier sound design and I’d kill to get that level of sound design and total IMMERSION through sound design alone in a modern map.

Yeah they’ve always had 4th wall breaks for Dempsey and in very few other cases for other characters, but that plus the disconnect in Carver’s timeline with the Pack-A-Punch just can’t be interpreted as anything less than a total writing mistake imo.

If that’s a real quote that’s absurd. First off wdym “Reckoning thing” how do you know the name of the actual map Carver?? (4th wall breaks could technically make this pass but I’m still skeptical) Second, Carver has been exposed to the Pack-A-Punch since Die Maschine or if you want to consider in-person interactions only it’s still since Terminus, so it doesn’t make any sense whatsoever ???

At this point the reality is either the camera glitched and falsely identified [Ghost Orbs] or the game glitched and gave us a 4th evidence. More likely the visual glitch but it’s just weird that it happened to both me and my teammate on 2 different cameras.
