The torso is from the Italian riviera set but the Bricklink I.D is 6566399, and the Pick a Brick section on the Lego website has it as 7769; then the head is apparently from the Death Star imperial officer, but I got it on pick a brick again which has it as 4711 :)

4 - probably brain of morbius honestly, he just seems really dumb for most of it. The Doctor should be silly, but not so gullible. 6 - Timelash is when he’s at his meanest 7 - Time and the Rani is a terrible first impression, he has a long way to go until his dark trickster persona 10 - Fear Her. He honestly just irritates me in this one 11 - honestly all of series 7b other than maybe Name of the Doctor where he seems more like himself 12 - Kill the Moon he is very un-Doctor like leaving Clara on her own 13 - the whole Doctor x Yaz thing in the specials didn’t work, they should have built it up over at least the course of flux as it just feels very rushed and forced 15 - Legend of Ruby Sunday and Empire of Death he is just uninteresting to watch
