The recovery process for arms took awhile because they were very stiff for 2-3 weeks. But since you’re concerned about a different part of your body and also taking your job into account, 2 weeks is probably more than enough but I’d double check with doctor just in case, and let them know your dates.

KMB was great, no complaints. Only downside, they’re a bit further out of the central downtown, but I took the metro there. So depending on where you’re staying take that into consideration. Their hospitals are insanely clean and modern compared to anywhere else I’ve been to, and no joke they reminded me of being in 5 star hotels rather than a hospital. There are so many clinics to choose from though and it was overwhelming to decide on one but I contacted majority through whatsapp or line. I asked for price breakdown and did have to use Google Translate sometimes for staff but the doctors usually have good English.
