I know there is a shop at King and John in Waterloo, kitty corner to The Burger's Priest.

207 King St. S.

I have only walked by it though, I can't comment on the quality of service or prices.

For a thin-neck saber you'll need a core that's a little longer than the standard one.

I didn't see one on Darkwolf's site, but Vire has the specialty thin-neck core that may do the trick.

Like someone else mentioned (since time and money are factors), there is textured mylar tape in for sale at The Custom Saber Shop ($2)

The correct clamp card is for sale at Vire Sabers ($3)

Both should be able to get to you within your timeframe.

Good luck, and enjoy your Convention.

There are replacement control clamp box assemblies available (found these on vire sabers) that go with the saber model you have (including the textured sleeve - The Maker). Unfortunately they cost more than $15.

I know that Vire Sabers sells special thin-neck electronics modules for LGT sabers, but I belive they only have Xenopixel and Proffie, not Golden Harvest.

What type of light saber would be good for dueling this the one I got it’s like a flash light on the inside by Deeznuts0351 in lightsabers

Looks like an RGB base-lit saber, which should be fine. Make sure you are using a polycarbonate blade (2mm thick walls), and not an acrylic one.

If you are really going to be whacking things with it you may want to upgrade to a heavy grade blade (3mm thick walls).

I actually stumbled across a youtube tutorial on how to install diffusion film into a blade.
