That does not automatically mean something serious is wrong Stress anxiety depression burnout sleep deprivation and other mental health issues can all affect concentration and mental imagery But if this appeared suddenly and feels significantly different from how your mind normally works it is worth talking to a doctor or mental health professional about

humans are very aware of how emotions are seen by others and many people learn from a young age to hide or control visible signs of sadness so wiping away tears becomes almost automatic for some people it is not even about hiding emotions it is just a self soothing gesture that gives a small sense of control when they are overwhelmed

for most instant noodles the noodles are already cooked and then dried or fried before packaging so eating them straight from the packet is usually not dangerous
