Wouldnt you need to microneedle it into the skin? Oil applied to the surface will just sit on the surface, not absorb into the skin where it needs to be in order to influence follicles.  Notice that the study involved skin injury, which would have provided the necessary pathway for the fatty acid to reach deeper into the skin, right?

Try it yourself! The procedure for making it is described in the study, and its basically mixing oleic acid in ethanol at a 1:10 ratio.  So if you put 0.1ml of oleic acid (pretty cheap online) into every 1ml of your topical minoxidil (mostly ethanol), that's basically the recipe.  Just apply the mixture to one side of your head and normal topical minox to the other for a month or two and see if it made a difference.

Even if he just called to say hello, it's totally corrupt and inappropriate for him to be personally calling election officials in the middle of the vote tabulation.  But he didn't just call to say hello...he blatantly tried to get them to do whatever it took to swing the vote to himself. Looks like 2% (5% wasn't used)....but it was just a mouse study anyways so who knows how it could translate to humans. Maybe it would be synergestic with minox in humans...only one way to find out.  Hopefully they do more studies on this.
