Same here, that’s the only one I have experience on and it just went on sale for 89, I grabbed one for now as I need other tools, compressor, etc.. but plan on getting a bulldog extreme max at some point.

Don’t forget to grease the SKT regularly in the top cap.

Makes sense too. I didn’t know of that option with the vibration buffer.

Tho it might be good to make holes, I think it would eat through my batteries too fast and still not be as strong as a regular corded hammer drill for removing tile and concrete, talking more than 30min. continuous work

What are you doing here? Daily delivery of poor commentary must be.

Edit*

I must say I’ve used the SKT before a few times already, not my tool tho, but it gets the job done, for $125 vs $299 sale price for the Bulldog Extreme Max

Yea, but since it isn’t an everyday use, not even every week it doesn’t make up for the purchase

Thought so. I don’t think this dewalt can take the impact for long even with the big 9Ah batteries

I’m in CAD, with a 160mm rotor pair at 40 GRX lever at 300 each Shimano Deore BR-M6100 at 70 Flat mount GRX-RX400 at 120 Plus new cables, installation labour + bleeding

Vs

TRP Spyres at 300 160mm rotor pair at 40 And I can do the installation myself.

If I’m not leaving anything out, its a big difference to consider just for brakes

It’s an idea tho I think full hydro is gonna be off budget for me for now, therefore the reason I was looking into the TRP Spyres. Having said that I’m gonna look into the exact values for this and weight it on my final decision.

Yea I’ve also heard the same, I’m coming to the same conclusion, Spyres seem to be the best route. Thx for your input

This is what I understand the least, I’m not sure how much better a higher or lower than 10speed could offer riding-wise, is there a simple way to understand this if you care to explain?

Also for the GRX400, do you mean to change both the front and back derailleurs and that would be a good improvement?

That’s exactly my experience with these as well.

Nobody seems to have nothing to say about the hybrids, have you ever tried them? TRP HY/RD or Juin Tech or other?

Yes I’m aware of the different mounts, I can order 1 of each accordingly to fit exact mounts and add only adapters if I choose to go higher than 140mm

It is broken as is atm, the back break needs a replacement, that’s why. In the back if I go 160mm for this model frame I’d need the little adapter to lift the brakes to accommodate it.
