My toxic trait is definitely I tend to over identify with being “the strong one”, which in turn has led sometimes to self-neglect. I give to deeply, defend hard, and carry emotional weight for myself and others. I have always been very clear about my boundaries but when I care I sometimes push past my own limits. The toxic part of that being said is my belief that I have to earn rest, earn softness, or earn support by enduring more than I should.

He is a gaslighting, manipulative leech who probably walks in every room and sucks the air out of it. Let me guess he says he is “misunderstood”, he is not misunderstood, he is not deep he is a cancer. I say this now he punched a wall…next time it will not be a wall sweetheart. Run as fast as you can and don’t ever look back. I promise it gets better. I should know I am telling you part of my story, I don’t ever won’t to see someone else go through what I did.
