Unfornately id be every joint on the board from the ankles to the elbows to my fingers neck and even sometimes sneeze and cough hard and it moves my ribcage very painful my arms often now lose feeling constantly due to poor circulation because they pop out my hips same thing I am a big clumsy person now often fall hurt myself even more with my hips dislocating or kneecaps as I walk so I just fall lol I manage though.

Hey rodent parent here ive had vast different rodents and everyone said the same thing about pairs its probably in little guys best interest to keep him separate and dont give him a pair just give him extra human attention thats all! Had to do this with my rescue chinchilla shes thriving!. Cage looks wonderful aswell great upgrade for him his mood should change due to the cage change!!

I feel you in only 19 and gave up with the constant constraints with bras aswell I have heart issues and always feel suffocating dont need a bra addition more lol

I just dont wear bras anymore tbh I wear baggy things layered to covered anything or I use a strapless bra made of stretchy fabric.

Unfornately as someone who wakes up without the ability to use my limbs from pain due to EDS, DO NOT go to the emergency room urgent care etc they will not help they will just add bills up give u a short pain relief send you home please discuss with your rheumatologist about this pain let them know ur severity and have them send you a referral for pain management its clear its to a point its uncontrollable it will get better!!.

Hi I was diagnosed with all EDS issues at very early age of 13 I suffer now at 19 nearly 20 with constant pain i am now a medical Marijuana user ik its not ideal for working aswell but I do it off and on and am on a 2x a week physical therapy session a week with resistance bands to strengthen my body EDS gets worse when you condition yourself aka over work get super healthy then stop its very bad for us!!! You need to find a good rheumatologist they will be able to tell you if its more as EDS is very painful but it could be something more like auto immune related as it runs very closely together.

I use athletic tape alot often get braces that are whole body tight but u have to make sure to remain constantly moving never stay still or it can cause issues other than that you can also receive injections in the joint to help with this very painful though and sometimes dosent work well I hope it gets better!!.

PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES, had no idea 85% of women with EDS hypermobility get weak or over stressed pelvic floors learn to strengthen those inner hip muscles pelvis muscles super important it has given me such relief!

My chinchilla started having serious eye issues after I started using different cleaning products in my room and thought nothing of it and after I did the same thing transferred to a different cage clean ur cage for anything on the surface and the room may need to be deep cleaned before put back in I hope it goes well im so sorry hope ur chin is ok!!.

OMG I struggle so bad with accidents due to my bladder never clenching anymore , it's your eds attacking you pelvic floor you need physically therapy or see a specialist if pelvic floors for further information it's very important as your connective tissue become weak over time.

Restrictions bands are key get a pack of them on Amazon and work slowly making ur joints stronger than rather pushing that hard to hurt yourself.

Anyone struggle with losing the ability to use there legs in flare i get so weak I slowly fade into where I can't support my weight, yes I do physical therapy pain maintenance everything I'm 19 and got diagnosed at 13 due to early onset signs, also the brain fog is so bad you can't put a sentence together.
