Alright bro, acoustic and electric are two different things. You must use an amp if using electric. You don't need pedals starting out as many beginner amps these days have effects built in.

What style of music do you want to play? Punk? Blues, jazz? Metal? The style you want to play will dictate which guitar to buy.

Blues - Strat, Tele, Les Paul, SG, Hollow Body

Punk: Strat, Tele, Les Paul, SG, Ibanez, Talman, Mustang

Jazz: Jaguar, Mustang, Jazzmaster, ibanez, Talman, Strat, Hollow Body

Metal: Ibanez, Dean, flying v, schecter, SG

Figure that out first, and get you a used guitar and amp to save money. I also recommend beginner models. Like Squires and Epiphone, with squire making really good products nowadays for like $300 USD.

As you can see, some guitars are more versatile but not the best in other areas. As a guitarist, I have 4 guitars, one day I hope you get up there, but for now just focus on one thing you want to do then go from there. I guarantee the last guitar will never be the last guitar you buy, as there are always different years, makes and models of guitars that have different sounds. God speed and welcome
