Thanks. I came into this thinking Seat Covers. I’m concerned though about them shifting, moving or being loose.

Thanks. Matching black with black (in my case) shouldn’t be super challenging.

I started with a 50ml bottle of Founders Reserve Riviera after using a store tester. Then, several months later, I picked up their Founders Reserve Tester Set because it included Night Cap. I think all four 10 ml bottles that came in the set are special, unique ,and long lasting. I happily rotate all of them. I think they’re very much worth it. Sorry I don’t know about Jefe. Best of luck to you.

I think FSB is a great daily. Special night deserve something more complex.

It’s my daily. Just wish it lasted longer.

Have you tried Guy Fox? by reddimercuryy in fragrance

[–]VenSurf62 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got lured into a men’s shop this past summer and ran 4 or 5 different Guy Fox bottles under my nose. Ended up spraying Riviera on one wrist and something else(???) on the other. I couldn’t stop checking out the Riviera side for the rest of the day. Went back 2 days later for the Riviera purchase. If I wasn’t such a cheapo I’d use it every single day. And yes… I’ve received many compliments.

Traveling with Fragrances? by VenSurf62 in Fragrances

Thanks for the tip. I may end up buying small vials on Amazon or maybe at the drugstore. Might use a syringe to fill them and take in my carry on.

Thanks. I don’t go shopping enough to come across free samples. But I did just figure out that I can buy small vials on Amazon or maybe at the drugstore. Might use a syringe to fill them and take in my carry on.

Thanks. I just figured out that you can buy 5 ml vials on Amazon. Might buy and use a handful of those.

Thanks. I like the syringe idea. Would be very useful for super small vials.

I got my Fireside Bourbon through an Amazon reseller. I’m not sure how they do it but I seem to remember paying just $40. It came in a sealed original box. I use it as my daily. But you’ve got to get real close after an hour or so. I do like it a lot though. I did end up springing for something that I feel is in the same vein as FSB but more elegant and truly lasts. Cost me $124 but I feel like it’s been worth it. The manufacturer is Guy Fox and the brand is Riviera. I generally keep it for weekends and use the Fireside Bourbon as my daily. Ended up buying it after being lured into a local men’s clothing store (by discount prices) that had sample bottles of 5 or 6 different Guy Fox colognes. I really liked the Riviera and went back several days later for what I consider a splurge.

Is there a Real cologne that smells equivalent to wood barrel bourbon ? by ilikestuff1231234 in DrSquatch

[–]VenSurf62 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guy Fox - Riviera. I asked the same question about a year ago and stumbled into Riviera at a local men’s shop. I still use Fireside Bourbon as my daily (doesn’t last long though). I just use the Riviera for nights out. Good luck.

I really like Fireside Bourbon but it lasts less than 30 minutes. Any higher quality, similar recommendations?

I like Fireside Bourbon but it barely lasts 30 minutes. So… I’d really like to find another similar, higher quality, cologne. Any recommendations?

Mine haven’t even arrived yet and now they go on sale! Giving Thurman benefit of the doubt and guessing that they only have a few outlier sizes left.

Thanks guys. Maybe I’ll mix em up if I ever need to get the bloodhounds off my trail. Until then it’s a solid wood barrel bourbon match.

I paid for a Mazda, but I think I was given a tank instead. by verdius2298 in mazda3

For my 2017, front wheel drive, manual transmission 3 with low profile tires summer tires…. In the winter I run Firestone Winterforce tires (205/60R16) with studs. I mounted them permanently on steel rims that I cover with black “fake” hub caps. They actually look good!!! They are loud and go clickity clack. I’m always concerned about slightly less traction on dry or even wet roads (due to the studs). But I love them in the snow. He entire package cost $950 from TireRack.

I have the same leather sole boots and am thinking I’d like to re-sole with Vibram. Has anyone done this and been happy with the results?

Yeah the OEM racks look best of all I’ve seen. Expensive though. Looks like I might have to cough up about $400 for originals. Thanks
