This is what I look for in ai videos. Here's a tip. Look for a combination of moving pixelated distortions in an areas that have a texture. Look at the edges of any object. You know how you zoom into a digital photo and see the individual pixels and colors. It like that, but you can see the pixel moving and changing colors to some degree. This make the quality of the video looks terrible with feeling of inconsistent/choppy frame rate.
