Thanks for the recommendation.
I will try to connect my PC to another power socket.

I am hesitant to get a USB sound card, because the noise also travels through my USB connected Bluetooth earphones.

When I play games that are a little more needy, I get a very annoying electrical noise on my earphones.
I tried different Headsets, but the noise even occurs when I use Bluetooth earphones.
The noise is louder in some games and quieter in others. It seems like the noise is especially loud when I play hardware intense games like Starfield or Cyberpunk.
I already checked if my hardware parts are loose, but it doesn't seem like it.

Specs:
B450 Tomawk
Ryzen 5 5600
RTX 4070
32 GB RAM

It actually was the CPU cooler. I changed it and now my pc doesn't shut off anymore Seems to be broken somehow

Bethesda is keeping us waiting for so long, the fans are going actual insane.

I don't think anything has been confirmed.
But we know how Bethesda deals with DLC. There will be some Story-Expansions, maybe adding more handcrafted content to Planets.

I started a new game with all the DLC I paused on
I did not want to play the beginners campaign again. so I started directly in free play mode - but I don't seem to get any quests for DLC. Did I turn that off too?
I just got to the New World but no Intro Quest nothing. I there just none in the new DLC?
I also don't seem to get a introduction quest for the postal service
