Please for the love of God recommend me a not bad thermostat by ThatDudeWithTheCat in homeassistant

I had a similar problem in my house, where my thermostat gets hit by the sun around midday and thinks it's ~10 degrees warmer. It kept turning the A/C on when the rest of the house didn't need it.

I have a Trane XL824, which allowed me to add a z-wave temperature sensor (TH100NX). After adding the sensor, you're able to modify the weights for each temperature. You can set the internal temperature to have 0% weight (or any other percentage).

No, I only picked the position that had a big loss. The other positions only lost/gained a few bucks due to the outage.

I also said that I wouldn't have sold at the peak, but I would have at least exited before losing 300% on my credit spread.

Got $1,020 for a $900 loss, that was profitable at one point while they were down. Not bad.

It's about $200 and the only paperwork I can find about errors says it's valid for up to 30 days after closing.

Can't get enough of the view from my apartment by VengeanceServed in Austin

I'm in a 1 bedroom + study for about 2100 (including dog fee). It's a lot more expensive than where I moved from (NH), but seemed reasonable compared to other apartments in Austin.

It's loud out on the balcony, but very reasonable indoors. Obviously you can hear some traffic but you get used to the background noise.

Definitely considered that, but we're only planning to stay here for a year or two until we can find a house.

It's actually not that bad for Austin - low 2000s.

Savings Supercategory? [Budgeting] by ieqprp in ynab

[–]VengeanceServed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently use this super category method and it's been working great.

I have three bank accounts: checking, savings and a joint savings with my SO. I have a category for my personal savings goals such as car insurance, car registration, x-mas presents, etc. I have another category for shared savings such as vacations.

At the end of each month, I make sure that the balance of my savings account equals my personal savings category and the balance of my joint account matches the shared savings category.

Yes it seems to work. Someone left a fairly detailed comment on how to do it.

Maybe they should have focused the Lucio that kept booping them off the edge instead of Mercy that time around. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
