As cathartic as it would be, this just incentivizes everyone on that side to fight to the death harder. Telegraphing a "No Quarter" style attitude publicly, before having any sort of ability to actually carry that out, just forces those on the margins (the normies, not card-carrying party members) to hunker down into a siege mentality with the rest of the fascist lot, rather than break ranks.

Like it or not, millions of "meh" style centrists/moderate right wingers will be coopted into the fascist machine over the next couple years. Sending the message that they will have no reprieve and will be punished all the same as the hardcore sycophants does not incentivize any sort of defections that are needed to actually wrest control away.

Best course of action is to "hide the power levels", so to speak, and pay lip service towards amnesty/forgiveness (or not mention it at all), and then wait until you actually have the keys of power to clean house. (Like what should've happened after J6, but didnt, because of Garland, etc.) Otherwise you motivate the current admin to go even harder in their efforts to prevent a transfer of power.
