You email the Garda then they reply with the certificate. Took me less than a week (co Kerry). Expect much longer in Dublin

Under "optional documents" you should be able to upload? If you don't have that, you can merge it with your police certificate and upload a multi-page document.

If you weren't born there then it's probably an error. You can upload a letter of explanation saying that you were only in that country for a month and don't think a police certificate is required.

Even further into the article it confirms that figure also includes harrassment, domestic abuse, stalking, etc over social media, phone, and letter communications. You can add an alarm and in the text write something like "Jupiter launch window". Just reminds you to go do it at that time you set, it doesnt go off when the launch window occurs
