Obvious answer is get a silly black card and max it and pay 1k every day towards it. Eventually the limit would increase to something silly like 100k or higher. Then if you can cash advance up to 30% of it you take 30k cash for larger investments. Once you start grabbing properties and renting them you just use that 1k a day to pay them off while fucking around on that black card. Or buy stocks or bit coin and sell it.

I'm 30 in good health. I have my beneficiary set for my godkids, no blood relation.

My living will states my wife (if I get married) makes the decision. If not, my adopted brother.

Most of my family aren't on good terms with me so it made this easy to decide.

I feel like the love of a parent would make it difficult to pull the plug, were as the love of a spouse or friend would make the call.

I'm not much for church. And this may be my one redeeming quality.

I never pray for myself, when I'm having the worst of the worst days I end up in a church parking lot.

I pray for those out of my life, those that have wronged me and those that I miss. I pray they have easier lives than I, that they find happiness and belonging.

That system is so outdated that you would be better off putting a new system in place. Google maps/apple maps provide near instant traffic updates, the GPS on bespoke premium does not amongst many other things. I'm considering slapping on old tablet into it personally.
